Systems (ECOS)
ECOS is a
feature-rich and highly secure
deployable communications system
contained within a lightweight and
rugged case, and intended for use in
field locations, disaster or remote
areas.
ECOS supports the needs of state,
local and Federal agencies who are
challenged in maintaining the flow of
information and communications during and
after a disaster or other emergency
situation. Such an event can result in a situation with
little or no infrastructure (power,
telephones, cell phones, water, etc.),
which eliminates most viable
means of distributing information.

DEOS delivers a complete digital
communications solution that can be
pre-deployed and sustained for the event
duration to support emergency
responders. SpectraRep offers a powerful
set of products, services and expertise
that provide federal, state and local
governments a complete emergency
information system.
DEOS
provides state, local and Federal
customers with “portable” or “flyaway”
type systems, which fit into transit
cases, small vehicles and can be
integrated onto trailers for rapid
movement.
