SpectraRep Authorized on General Service Administration (GSA) Contract
SpectraRep Partners with Marshall to Provide Communication and IT Services

(Chantilly, VA, January 13, 2003) - SpectraRep, a leading provider of content delivery, datacasting, and strategic technology solutions, today announced the availability of its products and services on the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Technology Service Contract (FTS). The GSA FTS Contract simplifies procurement by allowing SpectraRep to sell its content delivery, Digital Television (DTV) datacasting, and IT/networking solutions to any government agency under pre-negotiated prices, terms and conditions.

To sell its products and services in the public sector, SpectraRep has partnered with Marshall Communications Corp., a full-service solution provider that specializes in selling secure global wireless telecommunications solutions to the government. SpectraRep's products and services are now available on Marshall's GSA/FTS Contract, GS00T00NSD0010.

Marshall will facilitate the sales of SpectraRep's wireless and IT Solutions to the federal government, and will help identify new areas of opportunity for emerging requirements such as streaming content, secure wireless communications and e-commerce. Notably, state and local government agencies are now able to procure products and services through the GSA/FTS vehicle, providing these entities with easy access SpectraRep's solutions.
