Nashville Public TV Selects SpectraRep^® Affiliation Program for DTV-IPcasting™

Chantilly, VA - February 17, 2004 - SpectraRep^® (www.spectrarep.com) the leader in Digital TV (DTV) IP networking solutions, today announced that Nashville Public Television (NPT), www.wnpt.net, has selected the SpectraRep Affiliation Program to increase revenue from its DTV-IPcasting™ business and systems.

Under the SpectraRep Affiliation Program, NPT establishes a combination of technology, applications and business expertise to meet end user requirements in the area of homeland security, public safety, government and education – all using the DTV spectrum for vital IP broadband distribution within the Nashville over-the-air coverage area.
