to Demonstrate Live Video Datacasting Using Digital
Television

Response homeland security application showcased at
Government Video Technology Expo

VA, December 2, 2002) - SpectraRep, the leader in
Digital Television (DTV) data networking solutions, will
provide a real-time demonstration of homeland security
data multicasting using DTV spectrum at the Government
Video Technology Expo 2002 held at the
Washington DC Convention Center, December 4 - 5, 2002.
SpectraRep will demonstrate a live video Emergency First
Response application using mobile computing devices such
as a PDA and tablet PC. SpectraRep's solutions - based on
next generation digital television technology - offer a
wide range of video and data broadcasting services for
homeland security applications. This technology can
provide local, state and federal agencies with unique
capabilities suited to immediately meet the requirements
of a range of homeland security and information needs.
SpectraRep will be located in booth #1126 exhibiting with
Marshall Communications, a GSA contract holder. SpectraRep
will also be demonstrating live video DTV datacasting at
SkyStream Networks in booth #1231. The Government Video
show will highlight video applications for homeland
security.
